A physical item links the US Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. That is the Syng Inkstand. It is a significant item. This is where people dipped their quills in ink and determined the direction of a new nation. The Syng inkstand is still on display at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
